March 2013 League Update

I started an e-newsletter for the Vancouver Letterpress League. Newfangled technology will allow you to subscribe and unsubscribe yourselves, no more manual email list.

We’ll integrate the signup form into Facebook asap.

Meeting: Next One’s a Social

The March meeting hashed out the calendar project and branding. All business is done for now – so the April meetup will be a social in a different location.

2014 Calendar Project

A dozen or so Vancouver Letterpress League members are printing a calendar for 2014. It’s our first project. Calendar size, shape and scope is decided. They’ll be available for purchase this fall. Which brings us to ….

2013 Wayzgoose

The Alcuin Society is indeed organizing an October/November Wayzgoose (date TBA). Over 15 tables are confirmed already and the VLL is invited to participate, either as a group or individual members. Contact Gina Page at [email protected] to sign up.

Is being coded and updated. A member directory is being compiled. This online directory will promote letterpress activity and services locally and will be launched with the website.
